Well, today is my birthday. I'm 34 now. Wow, what a milestone huh? I always get really "weird" on my b-day. I always think I'm going to get a surprise at breakfast, or wake up to presents and balloons or some weird thing like that. When you hit 34, though, it's not really a big deal to have a birthday anymore, so why do I have the little kid attitude???
Oh well, I won't dwell on it, but I hope my birthday is happy, otherwise I will brood endlessly about it.
Anyway, on to being dissed. I go to this forum for my favorite movie, I won't name names. So I go there and try to make conversation with the moderator about his hobby of Transformers (yes, he's an adult, folks!) He and the admin, who are engaged get all P.O.ed about it and start acting really rude! I was shocked, especially since I was the first person to post on their relatively new forum! So much for loyalty. Anyway, so I'm not going back there, I like to feel the love on the Web! That's why I go to scappersdailydose. They are nice to me there! *sob*
Isn't it strange to have a "Web fight?"
It kinda goes like this:
"Well stinkie425, I don't like your attitude!"
"Well rockme4, this isn't your board!"
"That's it, I'm leaving!"
"Go 'head, miss ya, not!"
Then you exit the forum and you can't even slam the door or make any other dramatic "exit moves." It's just plain old silly, and childish. And weird. Theres something not quite right about addressing someone with a name like stinkie, or bobo5, or daffy4u or anything else.
Anyway, that's my take on Web fights. Now who wants to take me on! My screen name is sogren!! Bring it!

Happy belated birthday. You know what, I secretly wish the same thing for my b-day too....we can wish right!?! Sorry to hear about your web fight...those are never fun. Glad you like it at SDD, it is such a great place =)
