Right now Max is next to me (I wanted to be done with this stuff before the kiddos got up, no such luck), he is painting little teeny model airplanes that he and his dad bought yesterday.
Let me tell you something about Max, he is the FOREMOST EXPERT on airplanes and all types of aircraft.
"Can you write what kind of planes I'm doing?" he just asked me that, what a cutie pie!
Anyway let me fill you in, these are Max's words: "There's a A-7 Corsair, F-14 Tomcat, F-18 Angel, Phantom, A-6 Tanker and um I think these are called Prowlers but I'm not sure. Um, S3 Vikings, you know these (shoving airplane in my face), um and helicopters and you can put E-2, but I'm not painting those ... "
So there you have it, Max's airplane fleet, right here on my computer desk.
By the way, the E-2s aren't finished and neither is one Viking, Max wanted me tell you that.
See what I mean about him being an expert? He doesn't have a book in front of him or anything. But since his daddy is a pilot, airplanese is a second language to my boys.
Kind of like sarcasm is to me.
So I have sarcastic airplane experts as kids.
