Smile, you're on Redflex camera

Today when I got home from work I noticed something taped to the backdoor.
From a distance, it looked like a printout with some pictures on it.
Up close I saw it for what it was. Three full-color photos of me running a red light.
I was horrified. My husband had taped it there as a joke.
Not that I knew that at the time.
I walked in, not knowing what mood to expect him after getting glossies of me breaking the law, as well as a $65 fine tacked on to it.
The first person I saw when I quietly opened the backdoor was Max.
"Hey mom, you gonna run anymore red lights??"
Then Danny.
"Yeah mommy, are you gonna run red lights some more?"
The two agitators were trailed by my laughing husband.
So at least he was OK about it. Even though the ticket had his name on it.
I had no excuse for running the red light, except that it was late that day and I was on my way home from work, I had just come off of the Interstate, still moving at full velocity.
It was all a blur, literally.
I didn't even remember running a light. Maybe I was fiddling with the radio.
Later on after dinner my husband commented that it was a silly ticket. He said that maybe I should contest it, saying the red light in question was obviously Photoshopped.
"Look at the grain on the picture," he pointed to the picture of me going through the intersection.
I laughed. I knew it wouldn't even be worth it.
I was actually amazed at the clarity of the pictures, you could see eveything, the license plate, the "Support Our Troops" ribbon and a little silver fish. It was obviously my car.
All in a day's work for me I guess.
Next thing you know, someone will be snapping pictures of me trying to take more than 12 items through the checkout line.
There will be a closeup of two Ragu jars.

Here is your next freebie from "A House In Logan." Be sure to stop by The Daily Scrap and check out my one kit. It will be worth it. It will. C'mon!

Drop me a line here or e-mail me and dwo_mbo@yahoo.com. Byeeee.

Oops. I guess there are instances when photography is not a good thing. Maybe you can Photoshop it to be a GREEN light? Anyway, thanks for the kit piece. And for the music, the only reason I vote no is that music on blogs makes my computer jam and I have to force quit.
